There is a quite unfavorable review, so if was not for Amazon’s free of charge shipping we could not have purchased this. Thank goodness for that offer you, our office likes it. Main benefit, the plastic and metal indicates we do not be concerned about breaking it in each day use. 1 of the causes we necessary to get a new one! It seems to scald on the bottom but we had that identical dilemma with glass. This design is suited for us with a group of end users but no a single actually taking responsibility.
